When clients inquire about how frequently they should receive a facial, hair care spa or any other body-care treatment, we usually suggest:
Facials (every 3 to 4 weeks) help maintain hydration levels and skin clarity by aligning with the skin's natural renewal cycles.
A hair spa (once per month) helps nourish the scalp and reduce hair breakage. For regularly coloured hair, it may require additional frequency of treatment.
Full body massage(s) (once or twice per month) help relieve muscle tension and reduce stress. The answer is always "balance".
If too much of any treatment is done, this will irritate the skin; however, neglecting treatments will create further damage.
Developing a scheduled routine for skin, hair and body will provide optimal health and welfare for the long run.
